Political and Student Affairs Division helps the President to manage and carry out duties on student welfare of college. This department has duties as follows :

1/ Build and directly co-ordinate with related units of college implementing  program, planning on political thought education, civics and lines and policies dissemination of Party and the Laws of the State for students.

2/ Organize  politics learning on the beginning and ending of course for students.

3/ Co-ordinate with Party Committee organizing classes on Party, improve candidates for admitting over students.

4/ Monitor practice, self-improvement and evaluate conditions on receiving graduation theme, consider on graduation, rewards, punishment to students.

5/ Co-ordinate with Youth Union, Youth Union Association, Managerial & training units to organize activities such as letters and arts, gymnastics, science workshop, exhibition, extracurricular activities.

6/ Preside and co-ordinate with administrative management units of college to manage student Dormitory, arrange accommodation for resident students. Build and organize carrying out Resident regulations and Student Dormitory Rules.

7/ Co-ordinate with units of college to manage resident students, non-resident student; organize activities in order to serve students.

8/ Preside and co-ordinate with Training Department and other units of college in carrying out regulations, policies, rules on interesrts, duties of learners (such as : allocate acholarship. Free of scholarship, reduce tuition)

9/ To be permanent member of Board of emulation and rewards, punishment.
